“Our home inspection went really well. LHI was on time, spoke clearly and provided an overview of what we could expect.
We have a 22 year old home that has been a rental since 2009, we had LHI do our inspection to identify anything that we/ or our renters may not see. Tom provided an extensive list of items that were uncovered during the inspection, all very reasonable for the age of the house. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the items that need immediate attention and those that can be done in the near future.
